Showers and I was able to get some stuff done between.
Went for a drive to see the ocean and the big town of Klamath
Two casinos a restaurant and a convenience store/gas station
Some pretty country and maybe tomorrow with a little sunshine
we will get to appreciate.
This is the first road I took along the coast.
Thank goodness it was a one way and I was going the right way
Not too bad of a view, almost worth the rough one lane lane road.
Later I picked up Millie and we drove back to the lower viewpoint.
Walked the dogs and watched the waves.
Hard to believe these are 20-30 feet high.
A little closer look down the beach.
Was a bit windy and cold but we almost had sunshine!
This is looking back toward our campsite.
Just a bit up river ( to the right)
this little guy was poking around in the little bit of grass we have.
Is a Thrush of some sort.
Back at camp we grilled up a ham with some candied carrots and baked a potato
all on our little Smokey Joe grill.
Made a great Christmas Eve dinner
After we talked to the kids
Watched a movie and off to bed
as soon as I finish the blog post.
Merry Christmas and may all your wishes come true.
Tom and Millie
