Good morning one and all!
Tuesday was a pack up and travel day. Spent the morning putting all back in order and necessary trailer duties. Got to watch the contractor apply the chinking to Jaime and Barb's cabin. WOW, did they make it look easy and it turned out great, my opinion only as it wasn't perfectly straight and even......... oh wait, that look would not fit a log look anyway. Talked to him and he told me that all most all owners prefer the more hand made and applied look anyway.
Grabbed a shot of Elska with a happy face at Jaime and Barb's before we left. She sure loves being able to roam around as a "ranch" dog.
Left about 12:30 pm and made a stop in Billings for gas, groceries and fast food lunch. Then headed north to Grass Range, Really enjoyed the change of scenery and wondered why the Montana road builders always looked for the highest point to take the road over. The 8 miles of gravel back into Roat Ranch was slow going as our tires are inflated for our load and ride very stiff. But hey, with no specific time frame we just slow down and enjoy the ride.
Truck is performing really well, much of the time hard to tell the trailer is back there. Do notice on the hills and with a side wind and since it handles so well it is comfortable.
That's all this morning and you have a great Wednesday, or as we like to call it .........Saturday!

Elska has always been a country dog stuck in the city.
She is enjoying it just as much here at Jan's place in Montana.
