So Busy, it gets hard to find time.

 Hi all

Almost 2 weeks since I posted and we have been busy.

Friends, family, well you know the story.

We left Minnesota and made our way to Beaver Dam, WI

to spend time with long time friends and their family.

They had a great place to stay, on a farmstead just behind their daughters home.

Made visiting real easy and comfortable.

A little drinking, a lot of eating and some great times with them.

Finally met some of their grandkids, such a wonderful time.

Visited wineries, distillery and just some general sight seeing.

Mostly just relaxed and enjoyed the company.

From there we went up to Door County for the week, Monday thru Friday.

Wineries, breweries, food and hiking.

Makes everything seem perfect and the crowds were tolerable.

Tried a couple of wineries.

A brewery and a "fish boil".

Good show and the fish was pretty good too!

And lots of good views along Lake Michigan.

The hiking trails to some of the viewpoints were interesting on their own.

Our Door County campsite, lots of good isolation until our last night, then a few neighbors.

After Door County we moved on to Millie's Niece's family on a dairy farm.

So nice out in the country with family.

Kids are great with lots of activity and just fun to be around.

Roasted hotdogs, made smores and learned a bit about dairy operation.

Aaron even found time to take me out to shoot a few targets.

Saturday afternoon they took us out to the Horicon National Wildlife Refuge.

Click and learn a little here. Horicon NWR

Fun with the family.

Watching each other's back!

Pretties in the marsh.

Nice walk on a floating boardwalk out into the marsh,

saw a few birds, waterfowl and very few other people.

Great scenic views.

Ended the day with grilled steaks and potatoes.

Wonderful day and loved getting to know the kids.

Make your day great
