700 miles total, trailer followed like a dream. A bit of a head wind coming home so MPG's were down, but still better than previous tow vehicle and couldn't expect much better unless spent 10 grand more for 3/4 ton diesel.
Roof is done and all mods started are complete. Decided to replace all tires so kind of a new project.
Think I'm gonna relax at the lake this weekend.
Moving on!

Getting closer!
Trial run with truck and trailer loaded about like we will travel. 350 miles and all went well. Truck and trailer combo handles well. Most of the modifications are completed. Still need to finish the roof. Hopefully within the next couple of weeks.
Back again soon.

60 days!
Wow, the summer is going fast.
Next weekend is the "shake down" run.
6 days and about 700 miles.
Time to test out all the modifications and see how well the new truck handles the trailer. One of our backseat drivers.
Lefty couldn't believe I didn't stop at the Dairy Queen for a frozen doggie delight.
Back to relaxing at the lake, mini retirement!
